Howdy folks,
Welcome to the 22nd edition of the Dallas Venture Deals newsletter. Through just four months of 2025, DFW startups have already raised as much venture capital as they did in the three quarters of last year — putting us on pace to shatter 2024’s $1.4B total. The bar has been set high, and we're just getting warmed up here in DFW….
This month alone, Spark Biomedical lit up a $15M Series A to power its neurostimulation tech, Tapcheck cashed in with a $200M credit facility to modernize payroll, and GenrAb banked $5.6M to protect the brain — all built right here in Dallas. Whether it’s fintech, biotech, or even dog hydration (LYX, we see you), North Texas continues to build the companies of the future.
Thanks for reading, sharing, and staying plugged into the stories driving DFW’s innovation economy. Our goal is simple - to shine a light on DFW's venture capital activity and fuel the growth taking place in our great region.
