DFW-Based Company Fundings
BILT (Grapevine, TX), the leader in 3D Intelligent Instructions, raised a $21M Series B led by Silverton Partners with participation from Amex Ventures, Fifth Growth Fund, and Silicon Valley Bank.
Gig Wage (Dallas, TX), a payments platform exclusively for the gig economy, announced a relaunch and raised an additional $8.25M for its Series A extension. New investors in the extension were Discover, Motley Fool, and Chartline Capital Partners. Additional funds came from existing investors Green Dot, Foundry Group, Continental Investors, and Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund.
Ruckus Games (Plano, TX), a video game development business, raised a $19M Series A led by Krafton, with participation from Bitkraft Ventures, Transcend, Hypergryph, and others.
Secretome Therapeutics (Baltimore, MD & Dallas, TX), a neonatal stem cell R&D firm raised $20.4M in funding from undisclosed investors.
Shush Inc. (Dallas, TX), a leader in Network Authentication solutions, raised a $3M seed round from investors.
DFW-Based Investor Transactions
Beyond Capital Ventures (Dallas, TX) invested in the Series A+ round in Clinikk (Bengaluru, India), a healthcare solution provider.
Beyond Capital Ventures (Dallas, TX) invested in Fasal (Bengaluru, India), a provider of a platform for real-time crop growing intelligence to Indian farmers to make data-driven decisions.
ConsenSys (Fort Worth, TX) participated in the $31M investment round in Lens, a high-performance blockchain for consumer apps. The round was led by Lightspeed Faction with participation from Alchemy, Avail, Circle, DFG, Fabric Ventures, Foresight Ventures, Stellarcore, Superscript, Re7, and Wintermute Ventures, as well as angel investors.
Cubit Capital (Dallas, TX) participated in the $13M Seed round for Vatn Systems (Portsmouth, RI), a defense technology company building autonomous underwater vehicles for the US military and allies. The round was led by DYNE Ventures with participation from Lockheed Martin Ventures, RTX Ventures, In-Q-Tel (IQT), Propeller Ventures, SAIC Ventures Fortitude Ventures, Centre Street Partners, The Veteran Fund, Blue Collective, and Decisive Point.
Dallas Venture Capital (Irving, TX) participated in the $18.6M Series B extension for Fiddler AI (Palo Alto, CA), an AI observability and AI safety company. New investors include Cisco Investments, Capgemini (via ISAI Cap Ventures), Alpha Square Group, Samsung Next, and Essence Fund along with longstanding partners Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Lux Capital, and Dentsu.
Fifth Growth Fund (Dallas, TX) participated in the $21M Series B in BILT (Grapevine, TX), the leader in 3D Intelligent Instructions. The round was led by Silverton Partners with participation from Amex Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank.
Folsom (Fort Worth, TX) participated in the Series A for HuLoop Automation (Auburn, CA), a leader in AI-powered intelligent automation.The round was led by Mighty Capital, with participation from Moneta Ventures.
Sentiero Ventures (Dallas, TX) participated in the $3M investment round in Scalestack (New York, NY), the go-to-market (GTM) orchestration and agentic platform that empowers enterprise teams to scale faster. Other investors in the round include Criteria Venture Tech, Exor Ventures, and Geek Ventures.
Uptiq.AI (Plano, TX), a provider of AI-powered solutions for the financial services industry, has acquired upSWOT (Fort Mill, SC), a cutting-edge provider of financial data integration technology.
