Howdy folks,

Welcome to the 20th edition of the Dallas Venture Deals newsletter. We appreciate all the feedback and engagement. While it was a lighter month by way of absolute transaction volume, February was ACTION-packed on the deal front, as Dallas' very own Hunt Energy Enterprises doubled down on ACT-ion Battery Technologies, investing in their latest Series A. Dallas has seen its share of banks find refuge in North Texas, with the latest being data center company DataBank, which raised $250M in new funding after a whopping $2B last October. The future is bright for the builders and backers here in Dallas-Fort Worth. Here's to the next 10 months of 2025.
