DFW-Based Company Fundings
42 Robots AI (Dallas, TX), a healthcare technology and AI-driven patient support services company, raised an undisclosed amount of funding from IPO Club.
ANSR (Dallas, TX & Bengaluru, IND), a leader in developing strategic Global Capability Centers (GCCs), received a $170M investment from Accenture.
Batbox (Dallas, TX), a baseball entertainment concept, raised a $7.3M Series A round from Emerging Fund and MG Partners. The company chose DFW for its first U.S. location after opening 13 venues across Mexico.
byteXL (Lewisville, TX & Hyderabad, IND), an Edtech platform revolutionizing engineering education, raised a $5.9M round led by Kalaari Capital with participation from the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation.
Car Capital (Grapevine, TX), a trusted partner for independent and franchise automotive dealerships seeking innovative financing solutions, secured a $70M Committed Warehouse Facility provided by Westlake Capital Finance, LLC and Medalist Partners. Additionally, Car Capital secured strategic equity capital commitments from existing investors to support growth initiatives into 2H25.
EmpowerMX, a Frisco-based aircraft maintenance software, was acquired by Industrial and Financial Systems for an undisclosed amount.
Rikodi (Dallas, TX), a sports content platform, has merged with Snipitz, an interactive video player, to form Providential Media Group.
LateralCare (Southlake, TX), a revenue cycle management platform for the healthcare industry, raised $2.88M of seed funding from undisclosed investors.
PayK12 (Southlake, TX), a cloud software platform designed to reduce risks and enhance the efficiency of school payments, was acquired by Raptor Technologies.
SmartAction (Fort Worth, TX), a SaaS customer service platform, was acquired by Capacity (St. Louis, MO) for an undisclosed amount.
DFW-Based Investor Transactions
Aletheia Marketing & Media Inc (Dallas, TX) acquired AI content intelligence platform Pluralytics.
Catalyze Partners (Dallas, TX) announced the acquisition of Axcend (Provo, UT), a provider of liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems and accessories.
Consensys (Fort Worth, TX) announced the acquisition of Wallet Guard (North Canton, OH), a leading, user-centric browser extension, security dashboard, and security engine that protects users’ wallets, digital assets and data from theft, scams, and fraud.
Dallas Venture Capital (DVC) led the $5M (₹42 Crores) Series A round in Dice (Pune, IND), an enterprise spend management platform. The round also saw significant participation from GVFL (formerly Gujarat Venture Finance Limited).
Iron Skillet Partners (Dallas, TX) participated in the $4M Seed round for Grazzy (Austin, TX), a provider of a digital payments platform for hospitality and service-focused businesses. Additional investors include AZ-VC, In Revenue Capital Tuesday Capital, and Next Coast Ventures.
Legacy Knight (Dallas, TX) participated in the $25M Series C extension for Cart.com (Houston, TX), a leading provider of unified commerce and logistics solutions. Additional investors include B. Riley, Aditum, Prosperity 7 Ventures (Saudi Aramco), Oak HC/FT, Alpha Square, Mercury Fund, Nuvei, PayPal Ventures, Snowflake Ventures, and Citi Ventures. The company also secured a $105M term loan from BlackRock.
Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners (Dallas, TX) participated in the $35M Series B round for Oats Overnight (Tempe, AZ), a high-protein oatmeal brand.The round was led by Enlightened Hospitality Investments (EHI) with participation from Sonoma Brands Capital, Impatient Ventures, Singh Capital Partners, and BFG Partners
NGP (Dallas, TX) participated in the $65M Series D round for LevelTen Energy (Seattle, WA). The round was led by B Capital, with participation from Aster, Constellation, Google, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE), Microsoft’s Climate Innovation Fund, Prelude Ventures, and ZOMA Capital, among others.
Perot Jain (Dallas, TX) and Interlock Partners (Dallas, TX) participated in the $5M Series A round for Renaissant (Milwaukee, WI), a logistics software company.The round was led by TitletownTech, with participation from Venture53 and NFI Ventures.
StoneTree Investment Partners (Dallas, TX), a lower middle market private equity firm, announced the first and final closing of its debut fund with total capital commitments of $155M.
V2 Municipal Capital (Dallas, TX) and Fundamental Advisors (New York, NY) have partnered to launch V2MC, an independent firm led by co-founders Charlie Visconsi and Ron Van Den Handel, both Dallas-based veteran public finance investors and bankers in Preston Hollow.
