Howdy folks,

Welcome to the 35th edition of the Dallas Venture Deals newsletter.

May was a strong month for exits around North Texas, with two companies heading to the public markets. Irving-based Breeze Acquisition Corp. II priced a $125M SPAC on Nasdaq (BREZU), targeting healthcare, robotics, and AI. A day later, Global Medical Response went public on the NYSE in a $479M IPO (GMRS).

DFW capital stayed active on the private side too. RA Capital led a $30M Series A into Secretome Therapeutics to advance its Duchenne-associated cardiomyopathy program, and Onramp Bitcoin raised a $12.5M Series A at a $135M valuation to scale its multi-institution Bitcoin custody platform.

Plenty to cover this month. Let's get into it. Stay cool out there.
