DFW-Based Investor Transactions

  • AT&T Ventures (Dallas, TX) participated in the $14.5M Series B for Aira Technologies (Saratoga, CA), a leader in applying AI to cellular network infrastructure. Co-investors in the round include Acrew, NeoTribe, Intel Capital, IQT, Juniper, and JTM LLC.

  • AT&T Ventures (Dallas, TX) participated in $33M Series B for Selector AI, (Santa Clara, CA)  AIOps solution company. The round was led by Ansa Capital with participation from Two Bear Capital, Atlantic Bridge, and Sinewave Ventures, Bell Ventures, Singtel Innov8, and Hyperlink Ventures.

  • Blossom Street Ventures (Dallas, TX) led a $3M investment in Appfront (New York, NY), a developer of an all-in-one digital restaurant platform designed to make the online ordering experience simple, and efficient.

  • Blossom Street Ventures (Dallas, TX) led a $3M investment in Rooster (Newton, MA), a developer of an interview scheduling software designed for Workday systems.

  • Crow Holdings (Dallas, TX) participated in the $37M Series B for SwiftConnect (Stamford, CT), an access network for connecting people to the right place at the right time. The round was led by Quadri Ventures, with participation from  HID (part of ASSA ABLOY), Egis Capital Partners, and Klingenstein Fields Advisors, JLL Spark, Navitas Capital, Tanzola Corp., and Spring Rock Capital.

  • Evergreen Residential (Dallas, TX) raised $1B in Capital Commitments.

  • First Rate Ventures (Arlington, TX) invested in Fispoke (Arlington, TX), a WealthTech company designed to optimize liquidity and lending for financial advisors and their clients.

  • TPG (Fort Worth, TX) participated in the $135M Series B for Adcendo (Copenhagen, Denmark), a biotech company focused on the development of ADCs for the treatment of cancers with a high unmet medical need. The round was led by TCGX, with participation from Orbimed Advisors, Venrock Healthcare Capital Partners, Surveyor Capital (a Citadel company), and Logos Capital, RA Capital Management, Novo Holdings, Pontifax Venture Capital, Dawn Biopharma, a platform controlled by KKR, HealthCap, Gilde Healthcare and Ysios Capital.

  • What If Ventures (Frisco, TX) participated in the $2M pre-seed round for Raven Space Systems (Kansas City, MO), a developer of 3D-printed re-entry capsules designed for affordable and accessible payload return from space. The round was led by Backswing Ventures with participation from 46 Venture Capital, Mana Ventures, and Cape Fear Ventures.
